French double object pronoun order
Before a verb, pronouns follow this order: me/te/se/nous/vous, then le/la/les, then lui/leur, then y, then en. With an infinitive, place its pronouns before that infinitive. Affirmative commands use a different order.

Two objects
Je le lui prête.
I lend it to him or her.
Before the infinitive
Nous allons vous les montrer.
We are going to show them to you.
Common mix-ups
Le comes before lui in an ordinary statement.
I lend it to him or her.
Try a reply
Say or write your answer in French before opening the example.
You are giving la clé to Paul. Replace both objects: I give it to him.
Show one possible answer
Je la lui donne.
