Terms of Service

1. The service

Fabling is a language-learning product at fabling.app. It writes Spanish and French stories at your level, plays narration, and lets you look up words and review vocabulary.

These terms govern your use of the website and app. If you do not agree, do not use Fabling.

2. Who can use it

You need a Google account to sign in. Access is currently invite-only. We may approve or refuse invitations, and we may change or close the waitlist.

You must be old enough to have a Google account and to agree to these terms. Fabling is not directed at children under 13.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in. Keep that account secure. Tell us if you think someone else is using your Fabling account.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is abused, or if we shut Fabling down.

4. Stories and other content

Stories, audio, definitions, and explanations are generated for your learning. They can be wrong, awkward, or incomplete. Do not rely on them as a substitute for a teacher, translator, or professional advice.

You may use your stories and reviews for personal language learning. You may not scrape the service, resell generated content as a competing product, or try to overload or break the systems that write stories and audio.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• try to access someone else’s account or data
• probe, scrape, or disrupt the service
• use Fabling to generate content that is illegal or that you intend to pass off as human-written professional work
• circumvent invite-only access controls

6. Availability

Fabling is offered as-is. Features can change. There is no uptime promise, and we may pause generation, audio, or sign-in when providers are down.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fabling is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost data, inaccurate language content, or damages that arise from using or being unable to use the service, except where liability cannot be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
